We've laughed and learned from August to June,
And now we're dismissing at 12:00 noon!
We've taught them math, we've taught them to read,
We've helped them succeed and planted the seed.
We've tied loose shoes and found missing glue,
We've answered "What page?" a time or two.
We've celebrated victories, both big and small,
And watched our students grow so tall.
We'll miss their smiles, their stories, and wit,
But summer is here and that's about it!
So parents, get ready, don't delay a bit...
DISMISSAL IS AT 12:00 NOON - TAG, YOU'RE IT!

Our second graders have been hard at work during their plant unit, learning firsthand how food grows. After weeks of caring for their garden, students proudly harvested their crops yesterday!
This season's harvest included:
π₯¬ Collards
π₯¦ Cauliflower
π₯¬ Cabbage
The learning isn't over yet! On Tuesday, students will have the opportunity to cook and taste the vegetables they grew themselves. What a fun way to connect science, healthy eating, and hands-on learning!
We are so proud of our young gardeners and can't wait to hear what they think of their homegrown harvest! π±π
