Adult Summer Reading 2026: America250 has come to an end. We would like to thank all of our participants for taking part in our event; the Kinston-Lenoir County Friends of the Library for their sponsorship; and we would like to thank the Down East Bird Dawgs, the Peach House Restaurant, and the CSS Neuse Civil War Museum for collaborating with us to provide great treats to our guests.

Our winners for the ASRP are Katherine S. (Lenoir County), Cora A. (Greene County), and Sarah W. (Jones County)! All other participants will receive a small prize for taking part in Adult Summer Reading. Prizes will be available for pickup at your selected branch between Tuesday, August 18 and Friday, August 28.

Thank you all for making this year's Adult Summer Reading Program the most fun we've ever had!
