North Carolina Community Action Association (NCCAA) August 2026 | Empowered Newsletter

Last week, Community Action professionals from across NC gathered in Raleigh for NCCAA's Intro to ROMA training with Carey Gibson, National ROMA Trainer and Deputy Director for the Association of Nationally Certified ROMA Trainers - ANCRT.
Participants strengthened their understanding of Results-Oriented Management and Accountability (ROMA) and enhanced their ability to apply ROMA principles and practices within their agencies.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and thank you to Carey for sharing her ROMA expertise with Community Action teams.
