Dear SunnySide Families,
It is with a full heart that I share some bittersweet news with you. After nine incredible years of serving our community, SunnySide Early Learning will officially close its doors, with our last day of care being Friday, August 28, 2026.
This decision was not an easy one, but it comes as my family and I begin an exciting new chapter by expanding my real estate business and moving into the San Antonio market. At the same time, Teacher Alejandra (Moi) has decided she is ready to enjoy a well-deserved retirement.
To every family who has trusted us with your greatest blessing, thank you. Thank you for believing in us, supporting us, and allowing us the privilege of watching your children learn, grow, laugh, and reach so many milestones. Every hug, every smile, every first step, every new word, and every memory has left a lasting place in our hearts.
SunnySide was never just a daycare, it was a family. Together, we celebrated birthdays, accomplishments, friendships, and so many beautiful moments that we will cherish forever. While this chapter is coming to an end, the memories we’ve made together will last a lifetime.
Although SunnySide is closing its doors, the relationships we’ve built never will. We will always be cheering your little ones on as they continue to learn, grow, and accomplish amazing things. It has truly been one of the greatest honors of our lives to be a small part of their journey.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for nine unforgettable years filled with love, laughter, learning, and trust. Thank you for making SunnySide what it became, a place where children were loved, families were supported, and lifelong memories were created.
Please know that I will always be just a phone call or message away, and I wish nothing but happiness, health, and success for each of your families.
