The Williamsburg Academy family is heartbroken by the passing of KateLynn Owens, a beloved member of the Class of 2026. KateLynn was a kind and gentle soul, a cherished friend, and a beloved student who touched the lives of so many. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered as a part of our Stallion family.

We ask that you keep the Owens family, her friends, and her loved ones in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.

We had another great morning of fellowship at FCA!

Mrs. Cameron Ward shared a message on the sepsis of sin and the importance of proper treatment through faith, salvation, and the strength we find by surrounding ourselves with fellow Christians.

A special thank-you to Kingstree First Baptist Church for providing breakfast and starting our morning off right!

✨Inside the Academy: Mrs. Pam’s 2nd Grade✨

This week’s Inside the Academy spotlight takes us into Mrs. Pam’s 2nd grade classroom! 🇺🇸

Today, students were diving into the history of the American flag, learning about Betsy Ross and the significance behind the details of the early American flag. They put their reading comprehension skills to work and created their own flag artwork inspired by what they learned.
The learning didn’t stop there! Students also showed off their time-telling skills as they reviewed the difference between AM and PM and discussed the jobs of each hand on the clock. With visual aids and fun call-and-response activities, Mrs. Pam kept everyone engaged and learning.

While working on their flag artwork, several students also demonstrated their independence with technology by taking Accelerated Reader tests on books they’ve recently finished. 📚
It’s always fun to see our Stallions learning, creating, and growing more independent each day!

Yesterday, the Stallion Spikers Developmental Program kicked off with 20 girls from 3rd through 6th grade participating! The next group of Lady Stallion volleyball players is loaded with potential.

A huge thank you to current players Harper Tisdale, Gretchen Dukes, Aaliyah Lewis, Preslee Cooper, and former player Audrey Watford for helping develop the next generation of Stallion stars!

If you are interested in participating, reach out to Coach Will Epps or join us Saturday morning at 10:00 a.m. ready to work! Over the next few sessions, we will continue focusing on skill development before working our way into team concepts.

Our high school juniors and seniors had their first day of dual enrollment classes! 🎓🐎

Through our partnership with Williamsburg Technical College, our students have the opportunity to earn college credits while gaining valuable skills that can give them a head start on their future careers.

We’re so grateful for programs that give our Stallions more opportunities to explore their interests, build real-world skills, and get a jumpstart on both college and career paths!
