DataSpark

DataSpark is the new name for the Information Group (InfoGroup) at the Providence Plan (ProvPlan).

Formerly the Info Group at Providence Plan, DataSpark joined the University of Rhode Island in 2017. We provide data consulting services to state agencies, academics, and nonprofits. We maintain the RI DataHUB, and integrated data system linking select administrative data from K-12, Higher Education, Workforce, Justice, and Human Services. Linking and aggregating this data allows researchers to spot trends and find correlations at a high level.
