Last week, the staff of the nursery school and several of the board members enjoyed a final lunch together! There was laughter, stories, even a few tears. It was truly a lovely afternoon.

In keeping with the tradition that Mrs. Emerick started, when a teacher retired, they received a music box. This year, each teacher received a beautiful music box that plays 'You are My Sunshine'

What a gift to be apart of such a legacy such as the Fair Street Nursery School! We are grateful to God for the past 75 years!

Mrs Merrill and Mrs Kelly had a BALL teaching their fabulous class this year … and they loved celebrating on the last day with their class! A special Thank You to Mrs Dexter, Miss Lisa, and the parents and grandparents who were able to come celebrate and lend a hand too. ❤️

A big shout out of thanks to our Fair Street Church friends who funded our end of the year celebrations here at the Nursery School.

Today in our 3 day class, the nursery schoolers talked about the stars and stripes on the flag, listened to a song about Flag Day, made their own flags and ended the day with a parade. 🇺🇸

With the rain ☔️ in the forecast, we have moved our Block Party Indoors!

Come and help us celebrate 7️⃣5️⃣ years of early childhood education, enjoy some good food, games, and get a tour of the nursery school while maybe running into some old friends.

On Saturday, from 1️⃣0️⃣➖2️⃣ the Fair Street Nursery School is having block party! Rain or shine!!

This weekend is an exciting and full weekend at Fair Street! We hope you will join us!

On Saturday, from 10-2 the Fair Street Nursery School is having block party! Rain or shine!! (There's a rain plan to move indoors, but we're hopeful the rain will hold off!)

Come and help us celebrate 75 years of early childhood education, enjoy some good food, games, and get a tour of the nursery school while maybe running into some old friends.

On Sunday at 10am, during worship, the Fair Street Church will give thanks to God for the past 75 years of the Nursery School and the impact that it has had in this community. Some current and former teachers will be there, maybe even current and former students! It is going to be a meaningful morning of worship, followed by some good food!

We hope you will join and help us in celebrating and giving thanks to God for the Fair Street Nursery School!

Friends! For the past 75 year we have been a focal point to our community as a home for educating our little people! Saturday, June 7 we are hosting our Nursery School Block Party in honoring 75 strong years in education. We hope you will join us!

There will be
🎶 music
🍔 food, &
🎲 games!
Plus a schedule guided tours of our classrooms.

Invite your friends and come join us in the celebration!

The carnival games are provided by the middle school youth group who have been working on getting them ready.

When arriving back to school today after the long holiday weekend, we were excited that all of the butterflies had emerged from their chrysalises. Both classes enjoyed releasing their butterflies in the courtyards. Most flew off quickly, but a few stayed and let us enjoy watching them a bit longer! 🦋 🌺

🫖 The Mother’s Day Tea, a long standing tradition at Fair Street Nursery School, was held in honor of all the moms on Thursday. Everyone was able to attend and moms enjoyed the songs and gifts prepared by their children. ☀️The sun was shining, everyone was smiling and the “tea” and treats were enjoyed by all!
💐 Happy Mother’s day to all of the past and present Moms who have sent their children to Fair Street, because without you we would not have been a nursery school for the past 7️⃣5️⃣ years!!
