Congrats to our Girls 3rd - 6th grade champs, the Fever and congrats to our Boys 7th - 8th champs, the Knicks! That’s officially a wrap on our summer session!

This was a new experience for SLYB and we can’t wait for it to grow in the future!

Sadly, all good things must come to an end. Congrats to Boys 5th - 6th Champions the Spurs and congrats to Boys 3rd - 4th Champions the Cavs! Great season by all teams and we look forward to our closeout day later this week with Boys 7th - 8th and Girls 3rd - 6th.

Summer outdoor basketball has officially started, and with that the first official “Silver Lake Basketball League” is underway! With representation from Kingston, Plympton and Halifax it will be an awesome summer in the sun. What a fun first week!

Our girls league is also being co-coached by 4 great, and soon to be 7th grade, girls from the Travel Team. We love that they want to help show the younger girls how fun the sport is!

Thank you to all the volunteers for making this happen for the kids, we appreciate your dedication. Finally, a special thank you to Tami Alcombright for getting some great photographs and working the check ins!
