Roane County Before and After School Program Roane County Before and After School Program (BASP) is available to children of the Roane County Sch We are open most breaks.

BASP is available to students in all Roane County elementary schools. Sites at Kingston and Midway open at 6 am for before school care. All elementary school sites open at 3:15 for after school care and remain open until 6 pm every day. Site Locations/ Coordinators

I turned in my resignation letter on July 5th and July 28th was my last day. The board has some applicants that has applied for this position but they have to undergo some background checks. This only effects Kingston site. The other site run as normal.
