C3Quest, LLC is currently hiring JOB COACHES and JOB DEVELOPERS to support individuals with disabilities find and maintain employment.
We offer a variety of programs to strengthen a person’s skills and guide them through the career development process. Interested candidates must have experience supporting people with disabilities and the following qualifications:
-High School Diploma or Associate’s Degree (preferred)
-Minimum of two years of experience supporting people with disabilities
-A valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation
-Ability to work as part of a team
-Positive attitude
-Ability to be empathetic
-Strong customer service and communication skills
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
-Teach vocational skills
-Provide on-site support coaching in a manner to promote independent work
-Complete paperwork as directed
-Provide information and assistance with advocacy and self-advocacy as necessary
-Accurate and timely record-keeping and reporting
