Looking for a way to get involved in your child’s school? Connect with your school’s PTA or PTO!

These groups help enrich the school experience through things like school plays, annual events, fundraisers, and more. Parents, guardians, and other family members all have something to offer, whether it’s volunteering, sharing an idea, or supporting an event.

Ready to learn more? Visit your school’s page at www.kingstoncityschools.org/schools and select the “Our School” tab at the top.

🎉🏆 BACK-TO-BACK! 🏆🎉

For the second year in a row, JFK Elementary School has been voted Best Elementary School in the Hudson Valley! 💙💛

This honor belongs to every member of our incredible school community...our outstanding teachers and staff, our dedicated administrators, our amazing students, supportive families, and everyone who believes in and champions JFK.

A special congratulations to our principal, Ms. Jamieson, whose leadership, heart, and unwavering commitment help make JFK such an extraordinary place to learn and grow. 💙

And a huge THANK YOU to everyone who voted, shared, and cheered us on. Your support means the world, and this recognition is a reflection of what makes our school so special.

Congratulations, JFK! Here's to another wonderful year together! ⭐💙💛🎉

Happy Field Day!!

Important reminders from Ms. Jamieson:

☀️ The weather looks fantastic but please put sunscreen on your child just in case and make sure they have a water bottle!
👟 Sneakers and comfortable clothes are best for Field Day!
🙌 Families are welcome to join their children for Field day!
🚗 Parking is VERY limited at JFK so please walk or carpool when possible!
🎟️ Attending the BBQ? See Ms. Julie and PTO President, Jess K out back by the garden when you arrive. They will get you checked in!
💵If you RSVP’d and ordered food but did not pay online, you will need to pay $6 per meal when you arrive.
🥪 If you didn’t RSVP, it is too late to order school lunch but you are welcome to come eat with your child and bring your own lunch!
🍽️ All adults going through the lunch line must have a paid sticker to receive a meal!
💛 Family BBQ day is my favorite day of the year and I hope to see you there!!!
