GW Elementary PTO Welcome to our community of parents and teachers at GW Elementary, a public elementary school in Kingston, NY.

We focus on community building and enrichment through volunteering and fundraising. Join our monthly PTO meetings (on the 2nd Tuesday) at 6pm! The Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) is a volunteer organization of parents and teachers of George Washington Elementary School. Being involved is one way to further your child’s education, learn more about the school and meet other parents in the communit

Our goal is to foster a nurturing and caring environment that strives for parent involvement in helping build a better educational experience for our children. We also promote a school community where teachers and administrators can do their best work with resources that we can provide. Our mission involves raising funds to support our teachers’ efforts, educational and extracurricular experiences, as well as enhancements to school facilities.
