Through learning about the surrounding environment, attuning to the seasons , honoring one's own body & learning to understand one's own emotions as well those of others ut

ilizing mindfulness techniques , community support & yogic wisdom. Practicing fine motor skills with Art crafts & homesteading skills as well exersizing critical thinking in a soothing yet stimulating outdoor setting. Fostering community through circling & sound. Discovering plants ,educating on food sovereignty through farming. Overall instilling Love, Kindness & Compassion to the planet & all of its inhabitants.
