🐔✨ Maverick the Golden Goose is on the move! ✨🏆

This week, Maverick is landing with Mrs. Passen! 💙
Mrs. Passen has stepped into a new role as our 7th grade Special Education teacher and has embraced the challenge with grace, positivity, and a willingness to jump right in! She is co-teaching like a CHAMP in both ELA and Math, working alongside her teammates to make sure ALL students are supported and successful.

Taking on something new isn’t always easy, but Mrs. Passen has shown what it means to embrace change, work as a team, and keep students at the center of everything she does.

We are so grateful to have her on our HMS team. Congratulations, Mrs. Passen, and thank you for going above and beyond for our students! 🐔🏆💙❤️

Shout out to Mr. Vaughn for winning a grant for the HMS Band Programs!

We are absolutely thrilled to announce that the Harpeth Middle School Band has been awarded a $1,800.00 grant from the Peter R. Marsh Foundation!
​This generous funding will be directly invested into building and expanding our band program, allowing us to enhance student experiences, provide better resources, and help our young musicians reach new heights.
​We are deeply grateful to the Peter R. Marsh Foundation for their incredible support of music education and our students. Thank you for believing in the power of music and helping us strike the right chord for the future!

Students have been cashing in their CHAMPS Cards for their student coupon of choice this week, and we are loving the creativity! 🙌

🐾 Nora chose Playtime with River and got to spend recess with our favorite four-legged CHAMP today! 🐶💙

Margo cashed in her CHAMPS Card for Hairlarious and chose Mr. Turner for a little makeover! 🎀 Let’s just say… he really knows how to rock a wig! 😂
