The struggle is REAL! - If you or someone you know suffers with Depression- just know you / they are not alone. The struggle is real.

I had my own personal introduction to the struggle and came to know it very well from the inside - out. (In other words-“I got the t-shirt”- in a rainbow of colors) - Without any affiliation to this program and only my personal experience to attest to its effectiveness in the treatment of Depression- I share this with you this morning. It may cost $$ - it may seem out of the box - it requires commitment- but it WORKS! - Treating this disease does not lie outside of ourselves- it’s on the inside. There is no pill- talking helps (for a while) - and if you have prayed for help, and you are reading this ... all I can say is - It certainly worked for me. ❤
