Thank you to all our friends and neighbors who came out to the American buffet today. We hope to see as many friends as possible for our HUGE end of 3rd cohort class' buffet tomorrow. These students have worked so hard to share with you the foods and techniques they've learned. Our theme is Asian, but there will be that and so much more. We'll have some Mediterranean flavors and LOTS of stuff for our vegetarian/vegan neighbors. This the ONE you don't want to miss. Yes! Cafe 121 is open to the public today 10:30 am to 1:30 pm. We are featuring the Americana buffet, including ribeye, pork loin, chicken wings, smoked Mac n cheese, twice baked potato casserole, chili, a variety of vegetables, salads, gravy, and dessert! $8.95 + tax, including drink. Children 12 and under $5.95. Come see us, and support our culinary students.

Don't forget! This Thursday is the return of our Asian buffet! We will be including some other world flavors as well, including lamb, chicken shawarma, and more! This is our 3rd cohort class' last buffet before they graduate next week, and is looking to be our biggest and best so far. Heads up!! Tomorrow, Thursday, Jan 9 is the return of our Asian buffet! This has been one of our most well received buffets. Pictures coming in the morning, but just remember:
1. We'll be open to the public 10:30 am - 1:30 PM.
2. Best deal in town for lunch. $8.95 + tax including drink! (This buffet will feature tea, sweet tea, water, and cranberry lemonade!)
3. Eating lunch with us is still the BEST way to support our program and our culinary students.
(Make sure to let us know if you're a first responder!)
