Mrs. Lance’s 5th graders put their science skills to the test by creating their very own solar ovens! Using the power of the sun, students were able to turn their creations into working ovens—and then put them to the best possible use: making s’mores! 🔥🍫

What a fun (and delicious!) way to bring learning to life! 🐯💙

🧼 Clean Hands, Healthy Tigers! 🐯

Nurse Emily stopped by Mrs. Todd’s and Ms. Dawson’s kindergarten classes today for a special lesson all about handwashing! 🫧👐

Students listened as she read Sick Simon and learned why keeping our hands clean is so important. Then, they put their learning into action by demonstrating the correct way to wash their hands!

Thank you, Nurse Emily, for helping our little Tigers learn healthy habits that will keep them safe and well all year long! 💙🐯
