Calling all Woodland Elementary and Kingsford Middle School students entering grades 4–8 in the 2026–2027 school year! This is a great opportunity to build volleyball skills, make new friends, stay active, and learn from Kingsford High School volleyball players and coaches.

June 8–11, 2026 (Monday–Thursday)

Students entering Grades 4–6:

Students entering Grades 7–8:
⏰ 11:00 AM–12:30 PM

Whether you're new to volleyball or looking to improve your game, this camp is designed to help players develop fundamentals, teamwork, and confidence on the court.

Big news from Mrs. Aranda’s Kindergarten class! 🦋

The butterflies have officially hatched! After watching their caterpillars eat, grow, and form chrysalises, students are now getting to see the final stage of the life cycle up close.

What an amazing hands-on learning experience for our young scientists!

Once again, our amazing Woodland Elementary PTO helped make the end of the school year extra special by sponsoring our annual carnival!

With bouncy houses filling the gym and smiles all around, this event was a wonderful celebration of the hard work and accomplishments our students have achieved throughout the year.

A huge THANK YOU to our Woodland PTO for their continued support and dedication to our students and school community. We truly appreciate everything you do! 💙💛

Mrs. Strand’s 2nd grade scientists put the scientific method into action by creating their very own polymer, Flubber!

Students explored observation, prediction, experimentation, and analysis while having hands-on fun with science. Great work, Woodland learners!

Mrs. Swartout’s class headed over to Evergreen Senior Living last week for a special craft session with the tenants.

We aren't sure who had more fun, the kids or their new friends! Thank you, Evergreen, for having us.

It was a glowing good day in Mrs. Novara’s 2nd Grade at Woodland Elementary!

Students enjoyed a special Glow Day filled with hands-on fun, creativity, and plenty of bright ideas. With neon colors, glow sticks, and glowing creations all around, the classroom was transformed into an exciting space for learning and exploration.

Experiences like this help make learning fun, engaging, and unforgettable for our young learners!
