This isn't just a pitching clinic.
It's a clinic designed to help young pitchers build the athletic foundation that leads to more power.
Who is this clinic for?
This clinic is intended for pitchers approximately 11–14 years old who already have a reliable fastball and are able to throw strikes with reasonable consistency.
If a pitcher is still learning how to control her fastball, we recommend continuing to build that foundation first. Once control is established, athletes are much better prepared to add velocity without sacrificing accuracy.
That's why our coaching philosophy has always been:
Control Before Power.
Throughout the clinic, every activity builds toward helping athletes understand how their body creates velocity.
🥎 LEVEL 1 – BUILD THE ATHLETE
Dynamic movement, mobility, plyometrics, balance, breathing, and core activation.
💪 LEVEL 2 – BUILD THE ENGINE
Pitcher-specific bodyweight strength and conditioning, shoulder stability, and arm care. No weight room experience is necessary, and every athlete receives a take-home progression.
⚡ LEVEL 3 – BUILD THE PITCH
We'll connect those athletic movements directly to pitching mechanics by breaking down the power positions, balance, timing, and movement patterns that help pitchers generate velocity efficiently.
🎯 LEVEL 4 – EARN YOUR VELO
Each athlete will finish with five pitches using a Pocket Radar to establish her current velocity and celebrate her personal best.
Our goal isn't simply to help pitchers throw harder today.
Our goal is to teach them how power is earned—through efficient movement, athletic development, and a strong foundation they can continue building long after the clinic ends.
Because instruction is intentionally limited to a small group, space is limited. We look forward to helping the next group of pitchers take the next step in their development
