We are asked all the time what our age range is for our kids classes.

Simply put, we have such a wide variety.

If they can follow basic instructions they’re old enough! All the way until teenage years when we believe they’re old enough to handle adult classes.

Now is a great time to sign your kids up! This is a great way to help your kids manage their emotions and know how to react to different types of situations. You will notice a change! We receive testimonies like this all of the time.

Bruises were made on shins this week!

This week, our kids and adults classes practiced how to defend against kicks to the knees and bodies while doing body checks, followed up with offensive combos!

Defense is important, but also being able to follow up a defensive posture with an offensive one is critical!

We have kids classes at 6PM and adult classes at 7PM every week, Tuesday and Thursday!
