Sometimes we're asked if we find many discontinuities. The answer is yes; after 11 years in business, we've found many discontinuities in weld metal and material thinning that result in failures. This particular issue wasn't visible on the surface; we found it with Ultrasonics. Once we ground out some material, it was clear it was ready to break through the surface!

Fire Fire Fire! Our team received fire safety training this week with assistance from the Kingman Fire Department. It was a great interactive experience as we learned how to handle different types of fires properly. BUT no matter how much basic training and confidence someone has, we always remember that a building is replaceable, people are not.
