When Miss Kathy is away… the kids play! 🎉 We had two fun-filled days of learning through play while Miss Kathy was away for professional development. We explored, laughed, danced, and even got to watch the rain come down from the clouds when they got too heavy—then, of course, we had a little dance party in the rain! 🌧️💃 At the end of the day, Miss Kathy came back and showed us everything she learned at “school.” What a fun week of learning for everyone! ❤️

Mother Nature is helping us with our weather lesson today! ☔️⛈️

Sound the alarm — our students became fire safety heroes today! 🚒🔥 We practiced our fire drill, listened carefully for the fire alarm, went on a mission to find all the emergency exit doors, and even counted the sprinklers throughout the building. Then came the best part: our little firefighters used their imaginations to put out a pretend fire! We are so proud of how brave, smart, and ready they were during today’s fire safety adventure. 👩‍🚒👨‍🚒❤️

Our curriculum for the last few weeks has had us learning about PLANTS! Some of the fun projects we did include planting grass seeds to take home, painting portraits of flowers, transplanting starter flowers into our garden beds (we inspected and learned about roots when we did this!), and learning how to spell plant then spelling it out of pipe cleaners (just to name a few!).
