Better late than never to celebrate these awesome students!!🥳🎶🐾

We finally had everyone at school to take a photo of the kids who participated in the 2024 Region Band. 🎶
These 9 students worked hard, auditioned, and was chosen to perform with students from all over the Northern Region of Arizona.
They are:
Ayla Haller - flute
Diana Rabaiotti - bass clarinet
Anthony Iboy - tenor sax
Morgan Pawlicki - bari sax
Adrian Hernandez - trumpet
Torsyn Trujillo - trumpet
Aries Dutcher - horn
Chace Kudrna - euphonium

Aubrey Kuerner, Eighth Grade Vocalist
Kingman Middle School

Aubrey joined the Kingman Middle School Choirs to develop her voice. Not only has her membership in the school’s choir helped her to become a better singer, Aubrey contends that it has given her more self-confidence in performing and interacting with others.

She enjoys performing with her musical teammates and the harmony that they create together through the choir's many musical selections.

Giving a shoutout, Aubrey attributes much of her musical success to KMS Choir Director, Miss Firestone.

Aubrey highly recommends that all students join their school’s choir to explore their creative side and make new friends that will last forever. It promises to be fun!

I cannot wait to celebrate in class and to reflect on our time together. We have grown so much as musicians, learning so many things not only about singing but about music! 🎹🎵🎤

Bravo, musical bobcats on a fantastic performance at our annual KUSD choir festival. 🥳🤩🎶🎤
We got to leave school and go to KHS to rehearse during the day and got to see the elementary school practice their songs too! 🎶🎤

If you’re free, we have our final choir concert on May 2nd at 7:00 at Kingman Middle School! Come on out to support these talented students.
I love teaching these amazing kiddos. 😎🎶

Students in grades 6-8 will be judging their musical growth and performing a variety of songs that will take you on a musical journey!! 🛩️🌎

THANK YOU KINGMAN HOME DEPOT!! 🤩🥳
For the past few years, KMS has been trying to revive the drama program. 🎭
We have a lot of interested students this year and are planning to perform The Little Mermaid Jr. in May! 🧜‍♀️
In order to have this performance, we have reached out to the community with a donation letter for prop materials. 🎨🪵🪜
The Home Depot in Kingman was gracious enough to donate 8 gallons of paint and brushes for us to create our back drop mural in the KMS carpeted gym! 🎨🤩
We wanted to post and say thank you to Home Depot for this donation and for supporting our students and the arts in school. 🎭🎶🥳🐾

Currently, we are looking for tape, cardboard, wood, greenery and other decor to create our under water experience. 🥳🤩

Band Tour Day alert! 🚨🎶

Six 6th grade band students and Firestone are traveling to the nearby elementary schools today to introduce ourselves, the middle school music program, and to answer 5th grade student questions about their transition to middle school. 🥁🎺🤨 But first…McDonalds!! 🍔

These familiar bobcat faces are building bridges with the 5th graders and making musical memories! 🥳🎶
