🐝MEET OUR STAFF!!🐝

Miss Emily!

We’re kicking off our staff introductions with Emily, our infant teacher and Assistant Director!

Emily has been with Busy Bees Academy since we first opened our doors. Since then, she has earned her CDA and absolutely flourished in our infant classroom! It has been such a joy watching her grow in her confidence, skills, and love for what she does.

Now, as our Assistant Director, she’s continuing to grow while helping support our staff and families. We’re so thankful she’s been part of Busy Bees from the very beginning, and we’re proud of all she has accomplished!

My WHY

The babies. Their families. The community we call home.

I’m Taylor, a mama and the owner of Busy Bees Academy in Kingfisher, Oklahoma. Before opening our center in June 2025, I spent years caring for children in my home. Opening Busy Bees was a big step, but the heart behind it has always stayed the same: giving children a safe, loving place to learn and grow.

It’s hard to put my “why” into words because I see it every day in the little faces walking through our doors. It’s the hugs, the first steps, the new words, and the excitement when a child finally does something they’ve been working so hard to learn. It’s knowing a parent can go to work feeling confident that their child is cared for and loved.

Working alongside my mom makes this journey even more special. And as a mom myself, I know how much trust it takes to leave your child in someone else’s care. That trust means everything to me.

I want my son to see that hard work and caring for others can grow into something meaningful. I want every child at Busy Bees to feel safe, encouraged, and valued, and every family to know they have people in their corner.

These children are my WHY, and they’re why I’m entering the HIGH FIVE Grant for Moms competition 2026!
