Simple adjustments can make big changes. We hear “snap” a lot, but very little do we hear EXTEND. We want to drive deep swings without catching that tape 🔥💯

🚨THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH SNAPPING AND HITTING DOWN ON AN OVERPASS🚨— However… I see so many hitters swing the ball into the net because they want to smack the ten line.

‼️When balls are coming fast and LOW over the net, or our jump and arm may be a little LATE to getting up, if you emphasize snapping down you most likely will drag into the net. Time and place people 👏

We want to have this “serve” style of swing archived in our mind for when that ball is low and fast and we don’t have the time to snap down or else we risk catching the tape.

Try this out! This style of hitting can be also used on shoots and other fast paced routes for a nice deep drive👏

Remember: WE NEED MORE THAN ONE TYPE OF ARM SWING! Become a versatile and hard to read hitter by learning how to navigate many different situations with different techniques 🔥💪
