Minquas District Roundtable – Fall Membership Campaign Workshop

Join us for the August Minquas District Roundtable, open to all Scouting volunteers and parents! This month's program is designed to help your unit have a successful Fall membership campaign. We'd love to see at least one volunteer or parent from every Pack and Troop there!

Topics will include:
• What's the difference between a Sign-Up Night and a Promo Night?
• How to plan and conduct an effective Sign-Up Night.
• Membership recruitment best practices.
• Resources and support available from the Cradle of Liberty Council.
• And much more!

What Should Your Unit Come Prepared With?
• Your unit's Sign-Up Night Date(s)
• Questions
• Best Practices to Share (What works well for your unit?)

**Units who attend and provide their sign up night date will receive their unit membership kit including:
• Yard Signs (and stakes)
• YoYo's as giveaway for new Scouts
• Stickers
• General information flyers
• Link to submit custom unit flyer information to provide to families at promo nights

The workshop will be led by Field Director, Justin LoMonaco and will include time for questions and discussion.

Whether you're a Cub Scout Pack, Scouts BSA Troop, Venturing Crew, Sea Scout Ship, or Exploring Post, this Roundtable will provide practical ideas and resources to help your unit grow this fall. We look forward to seeing you there!

Cub Scouts - Save the Date and make plans to join us for this years' Cub Fall Fest at Camp Hart! We'll be welcoming Cub Scouts and their families on October 10, 11, 17, 18, 24, 31!

Looking for an opportunity to get outdoors for some camping and fun with your family or Pack this summer? Join us at Camp Hart for our Cub Family Weekend! You bring the people, and we’ll bring the program, food, and FUN to make for a great time in camp. Check-in starts Friday night at 7pm, and the fun runs through Sunday morning.

Our goal is to help you enjoy the outdoors without the normal fast-paced schedule of typical Cub camp. Cub Family Camp will have program offered throughout your time in camp, but you will have the opportunity to decide what your family or Pack attends. Hanging-out in the campsite is more than acceptable, and going for a hike or playing yard games are other great ways to spend your weekend with us!
