THE CEREAL DRIVE IS BACK, HAWKS!
King George County Schools are collecting cereal to help local food pantries fill their shelves and support families in our community!

Potomac Elementary has already collected over 150 boxes of cereal, and Mrs. Holbrook put them to good use! She set up the boxes in the gym to create an AMAZING domino chain reaction, just like the ones we’ve been learning about in STEM!

Check out the video to see the cereal dominoes in action!

But we need MORE cereal, Hawks! We’re hoping to collect enough boxes to complete a full circle in the gym and continue the chain reaction down the hallway! How cool would that be?!

Cereal Drive Deadline: October 26
The class that collects the MOST boxes wins a PIZZA PARTY!

Let’s keep those boxes coming, Hawks! Every box makes a difference, and together we can help our neighbors while creating one AWESOME chain reaction!

The students had a blast riding, racing, and having fun together! 🛴💨 What a fun way to celebrate their hard work and generosity!

A HUGE THANK YOU to our amazing PES PTA for purchasing helmets for our students to use, and to KG Bounce for providing the scooters! 💚💙

Way to go, Mrs. Rubilotta’s class! 👏🎉🛴

🏠🔨 If I Built a House… Our Students DID! 🏠✨

In STEM, our students got creative and put their engineering skills to work! After listening to If I Built a House, students designed their own house plans and then brought their ideas to life using a variety of building materials. 🧱🏗️✏️
