FREE SPORTS PHYSICALS

Students currently in 8th through 11th grade have the opportunity to receive a free physical and be cleared for high school athletics at King City High School.

To be cleared, please complete the digital athletic clearance through Home Campus prior to May 27:
https://www.homecampus.com/login

Please have your child bring a signed copy of the attached Physical Clearance Form to King City High School on:

Wednesday, May 27
2:30 PM – 6:00 PM

Local doctors will be donating their time to provide physicals.
