🎶 Fall 2026 Lesson Scheduling is OPEN! 🎶

I’m starting to put together my Fall 2026 lesson schedule, with fall lessons beginning Tuesday, September 8th!

If you’re interested in lessons this fall, please fill out the scheduling form below. Current, returning, and new students are all welcome! The form should only take a few minutes to complete.

If you have more than one student interested in lessons, please complete a separate form submission for each student.

I’ll be working on the schedule over the next week or so and will reach out to confirm lesson days, times, etc once everything is finalized.

🎶 One of the questions I get asked most often is, "What kind of music do you listen to?"

The answer? Pretty much everything! 😄

My playlists are all over the place:
🎸 Rock
🤠 90s Country
✨ 2000s Pop
🎻 Classical
🎷 Jazz
🎺 Concert Band
🎬 Film Scores
🎤 Broadway
🏰 Disney
🎧 EDM
🎶 Alternative..and so much more!

People are sometimes surprised that I don't have just one favorite genre, but I honestly love what each style brings. Classical music tells incredible stories without words. Jazz is full of creativity and improvisation. Rock is energetic. Country is rooted in storytelling. Film scores make you feel every emotion. Broadway combines music with powerful performances. Every genre has something unique to offer. I think there's something we can all learn from each style.

As life gets busier, I've realized how important it is to intentionally reconnect with music outside of teaching. Over the last few years, I've made it a priority to attend concerts, festivals, musicals, and live performances. This year will actually be my third year in a row attending Rock Fest in Wisconsin!

There's something amazing about seeing thousands of people come together because of a shared love of music. It's a reminder that music has an incredible ability to connect people, no matter their age or background. Experiences like these always remind me why I fell in love with music in the first place and inspire me to share that same passion with my students.

Next week I'll be heading to Rock Fest in Wisconsin! I'll be away next Wednesday evening through Sunday morning, so there will be no lessons July 15-19. I'm excited to hear some live music and recharge. I can't wait to come back refreshed and inspired!
