360U Softball & Baseball Training At 360U, we develop complete athletes. Training facilities based in Appleton and Oshkosh, WI. Our 360 degree approach is focused on skills-based development.

Through a focus on mindset + mechanics, we help softball and baseball of all ages build confidence, improve performance, and grow their game. 360U was created to help young athletes discover the most confident version of themselves. This all-encompassing approach also integrates mental training and confidence building that will best prepare athletes to experience success on the field and beyond. O
