Yesterday, our staff had the wonderful opportunity to continue learning and growing together! ☀️

Our team completed an updated First Aid course with our trainer, Joni, as well as a training through CCR&R focused on helping us better understand and support our students as they learn to recognize, regulate, and work through their emotions. 💛

We are so grateful for opportunities like these that equip our teachers with new knowledge, skills, and tools to create a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for every child in our care.

Today we are celebrating our wonderful Toddler Teacher, Miss Liz, who has been part of the Rising Sun family since 2022!

Miss Liz does a phenomenal job teaching, caring for, and loving the children in her classroom each and every day. She is a joy to work alongside—flexible, genuine, dependable, and always willing to do what is needed for her kiddos and her fellow co-workers.

Her dedication to her classroom and the relationships she builds with the children in her care make her a truly remarkable teacher. We are so grateful for everything she brings to Rising Sun and are honored to have her as part of our team!
