Dear KES Families,
We’re off to a great start to our new school year! 🎉 Thank you for helping make our mornings and afternoons run smoothly. As we settle into our routines, we’d like to share a few friendly reminders about drop-off and pick-up.
Your cooperation helps keep our campus safe, organized, and moving efficiently for everyone. We appreciate your patience, flexibility, and partnership as we kick off another wonderful year together!
Pickup & Drop-Off Flow Pattern
Entrance Lanes on the North End of the Parking Lot:
• Right lane: For using the pickup area (no parking or leaving your car).
• Left lane: For using the parking lot (if you need to get out of your car).

Pickup Area Rules:
• Stay in your car at all times—do not leave your vehicle.
• Students must enter and exit from the right (passenger) side of the car only.
• No trailers, limos, or large vehicles allowed.
• If your child needs help buckling or gathering belongings, please use the parking lot instead.
• Parents should not exit their vehicle in the pickup lane.
• Applies to all families (KES and RISE).

Parking Area Rules:
• Use this area if you need to get out of your vehicle (help your child, buckle seatbelt, etc.).
• Always use the designated crosswalk on the south side of the parking lot when walking with or without your child.
• No trailers, limos, or large vehicles allowed.
• Applies to all families (KES and RISE).

Additional Notes:
• Staff will assist with traffic flow—please follow their directions promptly, including moving forward in line.
• Traffic normalizes within 10 minutes after dismissal if everyone cooperates.
• Safety is our top priority—your support makes a big difference!
• After dropping off your student, please do not remain on school grounds with your student.
