Hands-On STEM in Mrs. Seeger’s 6th Grade Science Class! 🚗☀️💨

Students put their engineering skills to work using pool noodles and toothpicks to design and build structures. They also used STEM kits to create a wind-powered car, solar car, electric fan, and solar plane. What a fun way to explore science, engineering, creativity, and problem-solving! 🧪⚙️🌟

Our 7th grade scientists brought weather to life today! 🌎✨ They created their own clouds and explored water v***r, cooling, and condensation—all while having a little fun! 💧☁️🔬

🔬🌦️ Science in Action at HMS! 🌎💨

In Ms. Stuckey’s 7th Grade Science class, our students are learning by doing! As they explore weather and climate, students created their own weather vanes to investigate wind direction and connect classroom learning to real-world weather observations. 🌬️☁️

They also put their latitude and longitude skills to the test with a fun game of Battleship, using coordinates to locate their classmates’ ships! 🚢📍

We love seeing our Hawks learning, collaborating, and making science come to life! ❤️💙

🎉 WIN Wednesday at HMS! 🎉

Our Hawks got to Spin the WIN It Wheel during lunch today! 🎡 Students were chosen to take a spin and pick out a fun prize! 🎁❤️💙

And the fun didn’t stop there! 👀 We spotted our admin team rolling through with the Treat Trolly 🛒🍪, treating our amazing teachers and staff for having 100% attendance yesterday! Now THAT is something worth celebrating! 🎉👏

Mrs. Stewart was also caught in action during WIN Wednesday in Ms. Stuckey’s class playing a fun game of Splat! 😂🎯

We love celebrating our students AND our staff! That’s what WIN Wednesday is all about! 💙❤️
