Our Social Studies & History Department honors our nation and our world by teaching history with fidelity, helping students understand where we have been so they can better understand where we are going. But their classrooms reach far beyond the past. Through courses in History, Government, Psychology, Economics, and more, these educators teach students not only about the works of the world, but how the world works—from the decisions that shape nations to the forces that influence economies and even the complexities of the human mind. With bright attitudes, helpful spirits, and a genuine commitment to their students, our Social Studies teachers make the past relevant, the present understandable, and the future worth thinking about. They are thoughtful, knowledgeable educators who encourage students to ask questions, consider different perspectives, and become informed, engaged citizens of the world.

We are so proud of Mrs. Michelle Rafach, Ms. Lisa Maher, Coach Michael Johnson, Coach Jamie Edwards, Mr. Kevin Allemand, Mrs. Vanessa Acosta, Mrs. Dana Michel, Ms. Sarah Bailey, Mrs. Stacy Campbell, and Mr. Nathaniel Gonzalves.
