After spending the morning in training sessions covering ParentSquare, Centegix, FERPA, CPR, and Stop the Bleed, the HCCTC staff spent the afternoon learning a different kind of skill—making delicious crepes!

Chef Dani led the way with her culinary expertise, and the staff followed along like pros…well, almost! 😊 It was a fantastic team-building experience filled with lots of laughs, great food, and even better company.

A great time was had by all, and the crepes were absolutely delicious!

This week, the HCCTC staff attended the MSACTE Conference at the Mississippi Coast Convention Center in Biloxi, and what an exciting week it was!
Our very own Law and Public Safety instructor, Coach Shawn Feazelle, was elected as the new Vice President for CTE District 15—a tremendous honor and a testament to his leadership and dedication to Career and Technical Education.
The celebration didn’t stop there! Our Health Sciences instructor, Mrs. Krystal Peterson, was recognized as the Health Science Technology Educators (HSTE) Teacher of the Year! 🏆🎉 This prestigious award reflects her passion, excellence, and unwavering commitment to her students and the Health Sciences program.
These are incredible accomplishments, and we couldn’t be more proud to have these outstanding educators representing HCCTC. Coach Shawn Feazelle and Mrs. Krystal Peterson, your HCCTC family is incredibly proud of you!
