Hi! I’m Amanda, a children’s yoga and mindfulness instructor passionate about helping kids build confidence, emotional awareness, and healthy coping skills in a fun and supportive environment.

I’ve been happily married to my amazing husband for almost 8 years, and together we have an awesome 5-year-old son and a beyond-playful 4-month-old puppy who keeps us on our toes!

After working with young children for many years, I knew I wanted to take a more mindful approach when I began noticing my son developing some of the same anxieties I experienced as a child. That journey led me to children’s yoga and mindfulness — and I quickly saw how powerful these tools can be in helping children feel calm, confident, and connected.

My goal is to create a safe, joyful space where children can move, breathe, play, and simply be themselves while learning lifelong wellness tools along the way. With plans to grow beyond children’s yoga and mindfulness, I hope to eventually support the well-being and balance of the whole family.

🎓✨ , located within the campus of The Congregational Church in Killingworth, is lined up and ready to graduate its next wonderful class of children moving up to kindergarten! This morning the students practiced their ceremony diligently and did a fantastic job preparing for their big day.

Lucky the Leprechaun was at it again! Though we tried to catch him, he was too fast for our trap. He left some messes behind, but also some yummy chocolate coins! We'll try again next year, Lucky! ☘️🌈💚
