The Student Code of Conduct includes important reminders about:
✅ Dress code expectations
✅ Personal communication devices
✅ Clear or mesh backpack requirements
✅ Water bottle guidelines
✅ Other student expectations for the school year

Reviewing the Student Code of Conduct before shopping or the first day can help ensure your student is ready for a successful start to the school year.

📅 Manor Middle School students begin classes Tuesday, Aug. 4. All other Killeen ISD students return Monday, Aug. 17.

The updated guidance regarding metal water bottles and thermoses was approved at Tuesday night's board meeting and applies to all KISD campuses. We appreciate your patience as everyone adjusts to this new expectation.

✏️ 📕 Today we welcomed three new Warriors to Killeen ISD during New Teacher Induction and District Awareness. While they are new to our district, they bring years of teaching experience and heart to our school.

After the district event, we returned to campus to enjoy lunch with other teachers who are joining Maude Moore Wood from across KISD. It was a great time to connect and begin preparing for an exciting school year together.

We are so thankful all these outstanding educators have chosen to serve the students and families of Maude Moore Wood. Please help us give them a warm Warrior welcome! 💙💛
