MILITARY MONDAY! Central Texas College alumna and U.S. Army veteran Monique Lynelle Gray began her military journey at just 19 years old, enlisting in the U.S. Army Reserve while attending cosmetology school and working two jobs. She later returned to serve on active duty at Fort Hood, where she supported military operations in program management, file security and inventory maintenance, including a deployment to South Korea. After 11 years of honorable service, she continued her mission of helping others.

While serving, Monique earned her associate degree from Central Texas College in 2008, laying the foundation for a career as an author, speaker, entrepreneur and coach dedicated to encouraging others through life's challenges.

Thank you for your service, Monique, and congratulations on your continued success. We are proud to call you a CTC Eagle!
