If you're using TEFA, please take a moment to check your Odyssey dashboard and confirm your student’s tuition amounts. ✅

If you do not see the option to confirm tuition, or if your dashboard says your student has not been verified, please email Ms. Jenn at [email protected] so we can help get everything squared away. 💻✨

We will be sharing supply lists 📝 and more information about Parent Orientation 🎒 via email within the next week, so keep an eye out!

Oak Creek Families,

Just a friendly reminder to keep an eye on your email and Odyssey account for important TEFA updates and deadlines.

Families will need to opt in and choose Oak Creek Academy as their student’s school in Odyssey by the required deadlines. This is an important step in the process and helps us move forward with enrollment verification and tuition information.

Please also remember that enrollment fees must be paid by June 14th in order to secure your student’s spot for the upcoming school year. Oak Creek will go into Odyssey on June 15th to verify enrollment for students whose enrollment fees have been paid.

We know there are a lot of moving pieces, so please make sure you are checking your email and Odyssey account regularly so nothing sneaky slips past you in the summer chaos!

Quick reminder: Tomorrow, May 11th, is a Non-Academic day for Oak Creek!

We will not have class, but will have care for those who have signed up. Teachers will be hard at work preparing for conferences and/or starting their end-of-year conferences.

Today we celebrate the women who nurture, encourage, advocate, teach, comfort, guide, support, and love so deeply — often in ways no one else ever fully sees.

To the moms, grandmothers, stepmoms, foster moms, adoptive moms, guardians, caregivers, aunts, teachers, and every woman who has stepped into a nurturing role for a child: thank you.

So many of our students are thriving because someone in their life chose patience, understanding, persistence, and unconditional love, even on the hard days.

We see you. We appreciate you. And we hope today reminds you just how important you are.

…and somehow ended it all with a fun-filled Field Day full of bounce houses, dunk booths, relays, pizza, snow cones, water fun, and LOTS of laughter — even with gray skies overhead. ☁️💦

But more than anything, this week reminded us how lucky we are to have such an incredible school community.

To our teachers and staff: thank you for the patience, flexibility, creativity, compassion, and heart you pour into our students every single day.

And to our families: thank you for trusting us, supporting us, encouraging our staff, volunteering, donating, showing up, and helping make Oak Creek Academy the special place that it is. We truly could not do this without you.

We appreciate ALL of you more than words can say. ❤️

Teacher Appreciation Week wrapped up the Oak Creek way — with cookies, chaos, laughter, and a whole lot of love for our incredible staff.

Today’s “We Didn’t Crumbl Friday” was the perfect sweet ending to a week dedicated to celebrating the people who pour so much into our students every single day.

✨ Chaos survived. Cookies earned. ✨

Thank you to our teachers, paras, therapists, office staff, and support team for showing up day after day with patience, creativity, flexibility, and hearts big enough for every child who walks through our doors.

And honestly… after Field Day in gray skies? These cookies were VERY earned. 😂💚

Field Day 2026 is officially underway at Oak Creek Academy! 🎉💚

The skies may be gray, but that isn’t stopping the fun around here! Our students are starting off the day with bounce houses, dunk booths, cereal bowl relays, “javelin throw” (don’t worry… no actual javelins 😂), Pick It Up, and so much laughter already.

After a morning full of games and teamwork, students will enjoy pizza and snow cones for lunch before heading into free play water fun this afternoon! 💦🍕🍧

Days like this are such a special reminder of what makes Oak Creek so unique — joy, inclusion, connection, and a whole lot of organized chaos. 💚

Thirs-TEA Thursday is officially served! 💙💚

We’ve got the tea, the colorful cups, AND the good crushed ice…because our staff deserves the full experience. 😂

Today we’re celebrating the team that pours so much into others every single day. Thank you for the patience, love, flexibility, encouragement, and endless energy you give our students all year long. We appreciate you more than words can say!

🍷🧀 Whine & Dine Wednesday! 🧀🍷

Today we spoiled our staff with a little midweek pick-me-up featuring a charcuterie-style spread and all the snacks needed to survive the week. 😂

Teaching takes patience, heart, flexibility… and occasionally a little whine to go with the dine. We are so thankful for the incredible team that shows up for our students day after day. 💛
