We’ll be serving up hot, fresh mini donuts and ice-cold Dirty Sodas at the Ellison Screaming Eagle Band Parent Night & Back to School Bash!

Whether you’re a student, parent, alumni, or just there for the fun, swing by and grab something sweet before the band steals the show.

Fair warning: our donuts disappear faster than a trumpet player when volunteers are needed to move equipment. 🎺😂

Get ready to kick off the 2026 summer band season! 🎺🥁 Just a quick reminder that Everything Day is coming up fast. Please reference the attached flyer and check out the quick summary below so you're ready to go!

📅 Event Details
• When: July 15th
• Time: Noon – 5:00 p.m. (It's a come-and-go event!)
• Where: Ellison Band Hall

✅ Everything You Need to Check Off:
Bring your students and help us get everything squared away for an amazing season. We will be handling:
• Forms: All forms are due!
• Fees: All fees are due!
• Uniforms: Sizing for all students.
• Gear: Pick up materials, instruments, and other band items.

🚨 WE STILL NEED VOLUNTEERS! 🚨
To make this event a smooth success, we are still looking for parent volunteers to help man the stations. If you have an hour or two to spare between Noon and 5:00 p.m., please jump in! Many hands make light work, and it’s a fantastic way to meet the directors and other band parents. Let us know in the comments or send a message if you can help out.
Let’s get these kids geared up and ready to make some noise!
