Your birthday gift is more than a donation, it’s hope. It’s a bowl of food, medical supplies, and reassurance that they are not alone.

I tell you what. Grab a dry erase marker. Now, look in the mirror. Write down everything that feels overwhelming, draining, or discouraging.

These are your barriers some maybe hidden but there’s a solution. Deal with them one at a time.
