To My Rancier Middle School Family,

As I sit here looking at the cards, gifts, flowers, kind notes, and even the flat shoes that many of you know I will need, my heart is full. Every envelope, every message, every thoughtful gesture represents something far greater than a gift it represents relationships, memories, and the incredible journey we have shared together.

Thank you.

Thank you for your support, your encouragement, your laughter, your grace, and your belief in our vision. Thank you for standing beside me through the celebrations, the challenges, the long days, and the moments when we had to dig deep and do what was best for kids. Together, we transformed Rancier Middle School into more than just a school we built a family.

When I arrived at Rancier, I came with hopes and dreams for what our campus could become. What I found was a group of dedicated educators, staff members, students, and families who were willing to work together to make those dreams a reality. Because of you, we created a culture where students came first, where relationships mattered, and where excellence became our expectation.

As I transition to Killeen High School, I leave with a heart full of gratitude and pride. While I am excited for this new chapter, there will always be a piece of my heart at Rancier. I will miss the students who greeted me in the hallways, the staff who became family, the traditions we created, and the countless moments that made this campus special.

My hope is that the legacy we built together will continue to grow and thrive. Continue putting People First. Continue focusing on Instruction Always. Continue creating a Culture of Excellence. Continue believing that every student deserves adults who refuse to give up on them.

The strength of Rancier has never been one person it has always been the people who walk through its doors every day committed to making a difference. That is why I know the future of Rancier is bright.

Thank you for allowing me the privilege of serving as your principal. Thank you for the love you have shown me. Thank you for helping build a legacy that will impact students for years to come.

I leave knowing that together, we truly built something special.

What an AMAZING way to end the school year! 🎉 Today, our STEM Department proudly showcased their STEM Projects, and our students truly went above and beyond! Their creativity, innovation, hard work, and dedication were on full display, and we could not be more proud of each and every one of them. 👏✨
