📚 Before the first day of school, take a few minutes to review the 2026-2027 Killeen ISD Student Code of Conduct.

The Student Code of Conduct includes important reminders about:
✅ Dress code expectations
✅ Personal communication devices
✅ Clear or mesh backpack requirements
✅ Water bottle guidelines
✅ Other student expectations for the school year

Reviewing the Student Code of Conduct before shopping or the first day can help ensure your student is ready for a successful start to the school year.

📅 Manor Middle School students begin classes Tuesday, Aug. 4. All other Killeen ISD students return Monday, Aug. 17.

The Ira Cross Leadership Team has enjoyed spending this week at the KISD Leadership Academy, collaborating with leaders from across the district, learning new strategies, and gathering ideas that will strengthen our campus and support our students, staff, and families.

We’re excited to bring these ideas back to Ira Cross and continue building an amazing school year together. Great things are ahead for our Bulldogs!
