MasTec/ Ft Hood LEAPP Career Skills Program

Congrats to the first graduating class of 2022 from our career skills program. MasTec will be privileged to have each and every one of you. Good luck with you future and to your transition into civilian life! You’ve got this class 01-2022!

The first class of 2022 is off to a great start.

Here we go 2021 is in the books and 2022 is about to kick off.

Our newest upgrade. State of the art data recorded CPR manikins and AED trainers. When you finish this class you have so much more knowledge moving into the civilian world. We just aren’t about powerline construction here. We are about helping our soldiers take the first step of the rest of their lives.

Missing my students. Can’t wait for next years classes. So excited for the new training area we will have. All the new tools Workforce Solutions and JL Matthew’s has gotten us for training. I can’t wait to utilize all of these training aids next year. It’s going to be a blast.

Our last class, of my first year of instructing has graduated. For each and everyone of my students this year. You helped me be successful. I appreciate the times we have had and the experienced I gained on how to teach the fine print. I can’t wait for next year to see who my next prosepects will be. Congratulations to 40+ that have left class this year to eventually become our nations next generation of lineman. Bridge the gap brothers!

Congratulations to class 04-2021!!! Each and everyone of you have gone above and beyond for this class, your teammates, and for our company. Once again, thank you for your service to our great country. I look forward to seeing each and everyone of you down the line one day and them gloves and sleeves. Three things, always be your brothers keeper, always work safe, and never take a shortcut! Congratulations on your final day in the class. Congratulations on your graduation! See you down the line!
