What an incredible first day back as we welcomed both our new and returning teachers! We kicked off the day with a light breakfast, introductions, and an inspiring CKH recharhethat set the tone for a successful school year as we prepare to welcome our lobos. A special congratulations to our Campus Principal on receiving a Growth Award recognizing
outstanding student progress and academic gains
SY 2025-2026! She graciously reminded us that this achievement was truly a team effort, made possible by the dedication of every member of our LORMS family. We wrapped up the day with team-building fun at Area 254 with lunch, bowling, arcade games, laughter, and even great fun with each other! It was the perfect way to begin what promises to be an amazing school year. All IN, LOBOS!

The Student Code of Conduct includes important reminders about:
✅ Dress code expectations
✅ Personal communication devices
✅ Clear or mesh backpack requirements
✅ Water bottle guidelines
✅ Other student expectations for the school year

Reviewing the Student Code of Conduct before shopping or the first day can help ensure your student is ready for a successful start to the school year.

📅 Manor Middle School students begin classes Tuesday, Aug. 4. All other Killeen ISD students return Monday, Aug. 17.

1:00-4:00 PM – For incoming 6th graders and new 7th & 8th grade students. Enjoy a campus tour, receive your preliminary schedule, and get ready for an amazing school year!
