Due to the crazy winter weather ❄️ we will be experiencing starting tomorrow there will be no restorative yin class tomorrow night at 5:30. We will resume class on Tuesday the 14th at 5:30pm! ☺️

I CANNOT believe 2024 is now at an end! Tonight we will not be having class, I think tonight is an important night to focus on what you've accomplished this year, and to sit down and focus on what you want and need to accomplish in 2025.

Instead of looking at we did not accomplish take this time, even if its just a few hours left in 2024, to accept what you were capable of and know that it was enough! There is always an opportunity to start a new path, a new hobby, a new career, a new degree, the goal is to figure out what it is you want to start new next!

I cant wait to see you all in 2025 to begin this new year together on Thursday 1/2/2025 at 5:30pm.

Remember first two classes $0 still until further notice. Come take this opportunity to start that new journey you've been curious about!
