In my opinion Okinawa Isshin_ ryu Karate, and kobudo is a complete martial art. We have low kicks , high kicks, groin kicks. Devastating hand techniques, take downs , grappling. If that doesn't work we are always practicing with our weapons. Don Graham's Karate, and kobudo dojo.

An 8 year old that I've been training sence age 6 bowed into the dojo, and with a big smile said guess what sensei I have ADHD. Is that right.(I've been doing this for a while) Yes, and my dad says that explains a lot ! I suppose so. Do you know a good actity for ADHD? No sir. Karate, because it makes you concentrate. As I paused to think of other examples too late already turned around, and walked off to go concentrate on the makiwara(striking post). That's ok short talks here, and there has always worked best with this little one🙂🥋 Don Graham's Karate ,and kobudo dojo.

Never make excuses for why your not making progress. Get mad at yourself ,and no one else. Make a plan that you know will work, and , stick with it. Then get mad at yourself for something else. You will always be improving.🥋
