Happy Spring 🌸✨

There’s something about this season that feels like a fresh start—and that’s exactly what our yoga classes are all about. A breath of fresh air, a chance to move your body, clear your mind, and reset for whatever life brings your way 🧘🏼‍♀️

Classes are open to all levels, so whether you’re brand new or have been flowing for years, you’re always welcome. Come as you are, bring your mat, and let’s flow together 💫
$15 to attend

I will be out of town May 2nd–10th, but we’ll jump right back into classes as soon as I return!

And don’t forget… Yoga on the Rocks at Zen Kitchen is back 🤍 Stay tuned for upcoming dates—including this Saturday, the 4th at 10 AM. You won’t want to miss it!
