Alanis fan roll call! Have you ever been rejected and then confused? Maybe it’s not a lack of talent, maybe it’s because you tried to fit the weird peg into the mainstream hole. Also why would I not pick an upbeat song? That song is slow and sad. It’s epic, but not the right choice to show what I could do. lol I’ve always been strange.

It’s time y’all. It’s time to take back your vocal power and trust and finally find the freedom you’re looking for, because it doesn’t come from endless warm-ups and workouts, it doesn’t come from vocal coach react videos, it comes from connection. It comes from community and co-regulation. Of course this is a lot bigger topic than I could ever fit in a 90 minute training, but I’m gonna give you as much tips and knowledge about singing from a nervous system perspective as I possibly can. And I’m not gonna ask you for any money. Because I want you to know that it is possible to feel ✨better✨ about your voice. It is possible to leave the constant worrying behind, it is possible to train your body to feel like singing at a bigger capacity is safer and not as scary as your body might think it is. That might sound far-fetched. How can literally every note be easy? But I truly believe with just a couple shifts in how you relate to your voice and your nervous system, and vocal training in general, that you can really do so much more.
