It is our goal to integrate students' academic skills with Islamic principles, through knowledge of Qur'an and Sunnah, to make positive contributions to the global community. ICOB Academy is proud to provide a nurturing environment where children flourish through a balanced education rooted in Islamic values. Our early childhood program is thoughtfully designed to integrate strong academics with Islamic education, moral guidance, and character development. Our Qur'an, Arabic, and Islamic Studies classes are seamlessly interwoven with an innovative, skill-based curriculum aligned with academic standards and developmental milestones, serving students from preschool through elementary. Nusrat Sohail - Principal: With over 25 years of experience as an educator, mentor, and school leader, Sr. Nusrat has served in key roles at multiple Islamic schools. She has also contributed to heritage language preservation through programs at NYU, Kean University, and the nationally recognized STARTALK Hindi-Urdu Language Camp. Holding Master's degrees in Education and South Asian History, a postgraduate fellowship in Educational Leadership, and doctoral credentials from Columbia University, Sr. Nusrat is dedicated to nurturing students who are intellectually capable, spiritually grounded, and morally upright. Shahina Khan - Early Childhood Director: With over 19 years of experience in early childhood and Montessori education, Sr. Shahina brings a wealth of knowledge in curriculum development, staff training, and parent engagement. Shahina is Montessori trained through the American Montessori Society and has successfully directed Children First Montessori Schools for more than 17 years. She is deeply committed to creating nurturing, stimulating learning environments where children can learn developmentally appropriate skills to function, thrive and develop independence.

Science Day at ICOB Academy was a joyful celebration of curiosity, creativity, and learning! From our Preschoolers to 2nd graders, students enthusiastically took part in hands-on science experiments and explored amazing concepts using simple everyday household items.

The excitement in the air was truly contagious as our little scientists proudly shared their discoveries and learning with parents. It was wonderful to see young minds thinking, creating, and experimenting with such confidence and enthusiasm.

May Allah continue to inspire our students with the love of learning, discovery, and creativity, and bless them with bright futures filled with knowledge and purpose.

Registration for ICOB’s Summer Camp is now officially open. Summer break is an important time for children to remain engaged in meaningful, educational, and enriching activities that support their growth and development.

We invite families in the community to enroll their children in a positive Islamic environment where they will have opportunities to learn, grow, and enjoy a productive summer experience through a variety of beneficial activities.
